Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for items purchased from StellaMiroir within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final sale items marked "non-refundable" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your StellaMiroir account
- Navigate to "My Orders" and select the item(s) you wish to return
- Complete the refund request form
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please ensure the package is marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges
